Your culinary experience will begin with demonstrations from your teacher, who will showcase Chinese cooking techniques along with the ingredients you can expect to use in the class before handing it all over to you!

This hands-on cooking class is perfect for students of all ability levels and a great chance to master basic Chinese recipes in a fun and inviting atmosphere!

You're guaranteed to learn new skills and have fun along the way.

  • Jiozi pork/tofu dumplings or Spring rolls/Sesame Prawn Toast

Your teacher

I am Arti, a chef and cookery tutor who trained at the Leiths School of Food and Wine. I have worked at the Ivy Restaurant, The School of Wok, Gully Indian Street Food, Market Halls in Oxford Circus and Borough kitchen cookery school.
I currently assist in teaching Wagamama chef apprentices South East Asian, Japanese and Asian cookery. I also teach at the Richmond and Hillcroft Adult Community College and I have taught Parent and Child Cookery Classes in West London.
I love teaching and sharing my knowledge with others. I particularly enjoy teaching Indian, Pakistani, Chinese, Thai, Malaysian, Indonesian, Singaporean Japanese dishes and Sushi. I can also teach you to use and take care of your Wok in the proper way.
I look forward to inspiring you to cook and be creative with food.
