Not only will you have a festive fun time, but you will also be coming away with 4 amazing edible gifts made with love and sustainability in mind.

In this class you will be making:
Nut Brittle Shards - A sweet and salty snappy caramel, packed with a selection of crunchy nuts and festive spice, crunchy and delicious, and makes a great Christmas gift.

Candied Chocolate Orange - A festive delight, the zest of citrus with the indulgent richness of chocolate. Thin, candied orange slices are enrobed in a velvety layer of chocolate. A burst of sweet and tangy joy with each bite. A post-dinner treat or gift, this screams Christmas. Ditch Terry and pull these bad boys out.

Moreish Marzipan Balls - Homemade marzipan flavoured with your choice of rum, brandy, zesty orange or orange blossom. Each one conceals a nugget of dried gooseberry or cranberry, and are coated in a layer of rich chocolate, finally a sprinkling of magic of your choice. Creating a delightful contrast of textures and flavors. A perfect blend of nutty, fruity, and chocolatey goodness.

Festive Preserved Apricots - A symphony of flavours, marrying the natural sweetness of apricots with the aromatic warmth of cardamom and cinnamon, all elevated by the zest of orange, creating a luxurious treat that tantalizes the taste buds. Perfectly versatile, they shine on their own as a delectable snack, or can be paired with ice cream, yogurt, or granola for a culinary experience that is nothing short of divine.

Welcome drinks of mulled cider and mince pies.

Wrapping it up - sustainable packaging that you can get more of your creative juices flowing with.

Share the experience with your cherished ones, creating lasting memories. From start to finish, this class is designed for beginners, with my expert guidance leading you through every step. Not only will you leave with new skills, but also with delightful homemade gifts to share with pride. It's a night of fun, learning, and crafting culinary delights to remember.

I love to cook with others and I love to share my knowledge. For over ten years I sailed around the world working as a high end personal chef on luxury sailing yachts. I have a passion for food and have had the pleasure of travelling to many different countries seeing the assortment of flavours and variations of dishes. This has enabled me to pick up flavour combinations and skills from people around the world.

As a luxury yacht chef, you need to be able to cook a wide variety of food. Pretty much whatever the guests ask for, you need to magically make appear from the galley! I loved this challenge and it enabled me to discover and master a wide variety of cuisines. Wherever we dropped anchor I would hunt for fresh ideas -- the foods at the market, the fellow yacht cheffies, the local chefs and homes. Part of my on-going training has included an intensive course at the Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners (ICIF) in the Piemonte region of Italy and sushi classes at the Japanese Institute in LA.

I have since settled on land and am now enjoying bringing people together through my fun, interactive cooking classes.
