What you'll do
Discover the art of terrazzo in this engaging workshop in London.
In this class, you will create a pair of stunning candle holders using Jesmonite.
Learn how to mix and cast Jesmonite, work with pigments, sand, polish, and seal your unique terrazzo designs. You will then take home your finished candle holders at the end of the class.
Don't worry if you're new to terrazzo crafting - our friendly teacher will guide you every step of the way. You will use eco-friendly Jesmonite, a solvent-free and environmentally safe material, to create your beautiful candle holders.
During the workshop, you will:
- Mix and cast Jesmonite into silicone moulds.
- Create your own bespoke base colour using pigments (Terrazzo chips are pre-made).
- Sand and polish your candle holders to reveal your one-of-a-kind terrazzo design.
- Seal the candle holders for immediate use.
Immerse yourself in this hands-on activity and enjoy a drink while you craft.
Connect with like-minded individuals and discover a new creative hobby to enjoy.
Remember, timeliness is essential for the smooth running of the workshop, so arrive on time to make the most of this experience.
