Beginners Silver Jewellery Making Workshop

This exciting in-person jewellery making class is held in Camden Town, London NW1. You'll get to learn a new skill while having a fun day out.

Whether you're a complete beginner or a jeweller working in different media, this workshop is perfect for anyone looking to get creative and expand their range of craft skills.

During the full-day session, you'll learn how to create your very own set of silver rings. This hands-on experience will teach you how to size and shape the rings using solid silver wire, as well as learning to solder to close the rings. You'll also have the chance to add unique patterns and designs, making each ring truly one-of-a-kind.

Don't worry if you're new to jewellery making - this class is designed to alleviate any fears and provide a supportive environment for beginners. With a small group size of just 3 students, your experienced instructor will guide you through the process, ensuring you feel confident every step of the way.

All the materials you need will be provided, so simply come along on your own or with friends to enjoy a fun and creative day. As you create your own unique silver jewellery, you'll experience the satisfaction of seeing your designs come to life. By the end of the class, you'll have a beautifully polished ring or bangle ready to wear and show off.

Choose your option - some dates are bangle days - on these, you will make your choice of bangle/s with a hanging charm. The other days are spinner ring days where you will make a chunky silver ring with one or more decorative rings that spin around it, great for fiddling with!

Drinks and snacks are available throughout, and you will also get detailed printed (or emailed) notes to remind you of the processes we've covered. Lunch is not included, but you have a one-hour break, and there are lots of cafes nearby. Bring yourself, your reading glasses (if you wear them), and please wear closed shoes (no sandals) - everything else is provided.
