Lost wax casting is a very old and widely used technique in jewellery making. Learn to carve your design in jewellers wax, and understand the fascinating process of how it will be cast in metal.

You will be given a demonstration on how to use the tools provided, and be shown techniques to apply to your design to create your ring. You will be guided every step of the way to make sure you end up with the ring you desire.

All materials will be provided, and no experience is necessary.

We always provide great cups of coffee, tea, juices and snacks to make this a relaxed, fun environment.

By the end of the class, your piece will be completed, ready for casting which takes 3-4 weeks.

Please note this workshop is currently only suitable for people aged 18 and over.
We only use recycled metals and all of our casting is done locally in London.

*If your ring weighs over 20g in silver there will be an extra charge that is determined by the weight of your finished ring for both public and private workshops.

With 9 years of experience in jeweller, I make my own collections and bespoke jewellery in responsibly sourced precious materials. I love what I do and really enjoy sharing my experience with other people.

I have found that people are interested in the process of making jewellery as much as they are the product, I am often asked how I made my pieces, so I thought I would open up my practise and share my knowledge with others in an engaging, creative way for people to create exactly what they want to wear, and come away with a new skill set at the same time.
