What you'll do
Teddy bears and Christmas - what a joyful combination! You will learn to create a collection of adorable festive bears with a range of detailed cupcakes that will impress your customers and your loved ones.
You will learn:
- How to create smooth fondant tops for your cupcakes, giving them a professional finish.
- How to create a collection of 3D fondant model bears in a range of positions.
- How to mould a miniature Christmas tree and gifts.
- How to add cute facial features and expressions to your bears.
- How to create a wreath of fondant holly and berries.
- How to create a bear popping out of a gift box.
- How to create a Christmas pudding and plate.
You will take home a box of 6 beautifully decorated cupcakes in a gift box, along with a range of new cupcake decorating skills and confidence. You will also receive a Lady Berry Cupcakes certificate upon completion of your class.
Lady Berry Cupcake designs are covered by copyright 2022. Once you have taken the class, you are able to use the designs in your own baking at home or for loved ones.

I have been teaching students from around the world for over 8 years. Helping students to bring their bakes to life with a range of fondant design skills and techniques. Many know how to bake but struggle a little with taking their bakes to that next level with fondant skills such as sugar flowers, fondant animals and sugar lace.
With a background in art and art psychology I often refer to my classes as cupcake therapy! It's fun, relaxing and allows you to develop your creativity. My passion for not only designing cupcake art but my love of teaching has led me to teach over 5000 students world wide. Students from Australia, Iran, Brazil, America, Mexico, India and beyond! Bonkers I know! Bonkers but brilliant and so much fun!
