What you'll do
Looking for a festive activity in London that's both fun and tasty? Sign up for this cake decorating class, where you'll learn how to transform two cupcakes into a single Christmas character using an array of moulding and sculpting techniques, including how to create smooth fondant and different fondant details. Don't worry if you're a beginner - we're here to help guide you through every step of the process and you'll leave with a new-found confidence in cupcake decoration.
During this class, you'll discover how to use sugar pearls, edible inks, and create clothing and facial expressions to bring your characters to life. Everyone will also learn how to create fondant hair and use different materials to add texture and creases to the clothing. By the end of the class, you'll have a box of 12 beautifully decorated cupcakes, including a gift box to take your cupcakes home in.
Don't worry if you're new to this, as all materials and equipment will be provided for you. You don't need any previous experience in baking or decorating to join this workshop: it's an opportunity to learn something new and have fun.
Discover a new hobby, and leave with a range of new cupcake decorating skills and some newfound confidence.

I have been teaching students from around the world for over 8 years. Helping students to bring their bakes to life with a range of fondant design skills and techniques. Many know how to bake but struggle a little with taking their bakes to that next level with fondant skills such as sugar flowers, fondant animals and sugar lace.
With a background in art and art psychology I often refer to my classes as cupcake therapy! It's fun, relaxing and allows you to develop your creativity. My passion for not only designing cupcake art but my love of teaching has led me to teach over 5000 students world wide. Students from Australia, Iran, Brazil, America, Mexico, India and beyond! Bonkers I know! Bonkers but brilliant and so much fun!
