What you'll do
In this exciting cake decorating class, you will learn how to create stunning Safari animal-themed designs that can be used to beautifully adorn your cakes, cookies, and cupcakes for any occasion. Discover the art of making textured fondant toppers, miniature fondant fruits, and 3D fondant animals and designs.
During the workshop, you will gain essential fondant skills, including moulding, facial features, and expressions. Don't worry if you're a beginner - this class is designed to be warm and welcoming, so you can feel confident as you learn and create.
With materials provided, you'll have everything you need to bring these marvellous designs to life. Throughout the class, you'll work with fondant and other materials, allowing you to explore your creativity and immerse yourself in the joy of cake decorating.
At the end of the workshop, you'll take home a box of 6 beautifully decorated toppers in a gift box, ready to impress your loved ones or showcase your newly acquired cupcake decorating skills. You'll also receive a Lady Berry Cupcakes certificate of completion to acknowledge your achievements.
You will learn:
- Create a variety of textured fondant toppers
- Create a selection of miniature fondant fruits
- Create 6 x 3D fondant animal and designs

I have been teaching students from around the world for over 8 years. Helping students to bring their bakes to life with a range of fondant design skills and techniques. Many know how to bake but struggle a little with taking their bakes to that next level with fondant skills such as sugar flowers, fondant animals and sugar lace.
With a background in art and art psychology I often refer to my classes as cupcake therapy! It's fun, relaxing and allows you to develop your creativity. My passion for not only designing cupcake art but my love of teaching has led me to teach over 5000 students world wide. Students from Australia, Iran, Brazil, America, Mexico, India and beyond! Bonkers I know! Bonkers but brilliant and so much fun!
