Dave Johnson

It was a lovely, intimate demonstration of choclatiering. Very knowledgeable and entertaining. We made some lovey chocolates and learned so much. We think the fact it is the smallest chocolate factory makes it the best. Brilliant Christmas present for my wife. Thanks Ramnik.

Sophie Louise Singh

We attended the couples pottery workshop as a present for my husband. It was really good fun and Angela was a great teacher. We managed to make 4 pots in an hour, and even managed to make some as a team. The session was nice and intimate so we had Angela's expertise for the whole time. I found the hour flew by, it would have been nice to be a bit longer! Angela also offered to take photos of the session  + more

The dim sum making class was given to me as a birthday gift and wow, we had the best evening! Will was amazing from start to finish- he made us feel so welcome (and made us laugh throughout). He was really encouraging and, goes without saying, beyond knowledgable. The 3 different types of dim sum we made were so fun to make (and tasted delicious, we loved eating them afterwards!) It’s such a nice  + more

Madeleine

I booked this class as a present for myself and best friend to do, we had such a good time, the setting of the class was really pretty, there were cupcakes handed out which were delicious and we were luckily sat next to some lovely ladies that we chatted with for the evening. The spaces were tight but there was always someone passing by you could ask for a paint colour and they helped happily. The  + more

My girlfriend got me this amazing Masterclass as a birthday gift and honestly it was by far the best gift I could have wanted. I’ve wanted to get into patisserie for a while now but never did it myself and I’m so glad my girlfriend decided to give it to me as a gift. The masterclass by Valeria was spectacular from beginning to end. She explained every step and method and also with the addition  + more

I bought the introduction to table top making course as a gift for my partners birthday. Dan was really informative, thorough, knowledgeable and funny! The venue was fantastic, a lovely studio set on the Thames, with lots of light and really tidy and inspiring. The equipment was in good condition and we had access to so many tools. We mainly used the router, sander and circular saw. We were taught  + more

Hannah Colgan

Valeria was really informative and talked us through each step of the process. It was so lovely to do the whole thing from beginning to end and get to take home a box of macarons. We made three different fillings, 2 colours (and mixed!) and learnt how to pipe the batter correctly. Valeria also emailed us all the recipes and instructions afterwards so I felt that I could just be present and concentrate  + more

The course was a Christmas present from my girlfriend. Hands-on experience, all the materials were provided, the teacher was great and very patient, basically learnt to cast silver and came home with a couple of my own creations!

It was a Christmas gift from my husband's mum who since giving it to us, has passed away. So it was really lovely to have enjoyed the workshop and have a beautiful keepsake to remember her. Well set up & prepared space, good choice of coloured glass, helpful instruction. We all finished just after an hour so it would have been nice to possibly make another one to use more of the 2 hrs. Julia Anne Graham

I received a sea glass ring making class as a Christmas gift and spent a most enjoyable day engaged in this. Our tutor Sarah was very professional and knowledgeable and went out of her way to ensure that each participant got the best experience possible. She was particularly encouraging when I struggled with some of the processes and I left with my very own sea glass ring at the end of the day.

David Livens

Loved this, Joan the lady taking the class was so patient and good at what she does, I had 2 goes on the potters wheel 1st time ever. Joan centred the clay for me then let me have a play to get a 'feel' for how it works, this was great, the second time I made this pot on the wheel which I was amazed me totally. We also had a go at slab making pots with a few tools and I made 2 pots and a lid, loved  + more
