In this immersive workshop, you’ll discover the art of traditional Italian pasta-making using high-quality ingredients and simple, authentic techniques. From mixing and kneading the dough to shaping beautiful handmade pasta, you’ll be guided step-by-step through the entire process.
We’ll make:
Tagliatelle
Filled ravioli
And pair them with two delicious sauces.
This is a fully hands-on experience — you’ll do everything yourself, learning skills you can easily recreate at home.
No experience is needed. Whether you're a complete beginner or a food lover looking to try something new, this class is designed to be relaxed, fun, and accessible for everyone.
By the end of the session, you’ll enjoy the pasta you’ve made and leave with the confidence to recreate authentic Italian dishes in your own kitchen.
