Davide was born in Soverato (Italy) and has lived there most of his life. He learned to prepare traditional Italian dishes from the people surrounding him: his grandmother and his relatives in the family's restaurant. He also learned about English cuisine and had an experience as a novice chef in London.
He is a cook and a foodie who likes to share his culinary art with others. He studied industrial engineering, and it ends to find the fundamental connection between recipes representing the authentic scheme of the dish and cooking methods and times that stand for the production processes. When he is not working on new projects, he's experiencing by sharing fresh recipes and culinary passion through Instagram (foodvibes_ldn).
He is a lifetime learner eager to share his passion for cooking and his Italian legacy with the world. In addition, he enjoys traveling and wine. He aspires to be inspirational to more passionate people eager to self-express their passion.
