Join our exciting fortnightly art workshop designed specifically for 5-12 year-olds! In this fun-filled class, your child will have the opportunity to unleash their creativity and learn the art of drawing. With a focus on freedom and spontaneity and with guidance through a variety of exercises and drawing games we will gently allow them to develop their artistic skills in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Throughout the workshop, your child will learn valuable techniques and gain confidence in their drawing abilities. They will have the chance to experiment with a diverse range of art materials, fostering their imagination and encouraging them to think outside the box. Our class is also a fantastic opportunity for your child to meet other young artists who share their passion for drawing, providing a space for creative collaboration and friendship.
Led by experienced artist illustrator and art therapist, the class follows a structured yet engaging approach to teaching drawing. We understand that children learn best when they are having fun, so the teacher will incorporate interactive games and activities to make the learning experience enjoyable and interactive. Your child will not only enhance their artistic skills but also develop their cognitive abilities, fine motor skills, and concentration.
At the end of each class, your child will have a collection of their own unique artwork to proudly take home. This will serve as a tangible reminder of their progress and creativity, nurturing their love for art even further. Whether your child is a beginner or has some experience in drawing all welcome!
This is a two hour class with a little snack break for children from 5-12 years old £15 or £25 for siblings
This class is perfect for beginners - no prior experience is needed.
Suitable for kids from 5 to 12 years old.
