What you'll do

Over five fun and supportive drawing classes, you will be guided by an experienced and talented teacher through new drawing techniques. You will explore loads of different mediums using art supplies provided and pick up plenty of tips and tricks like how to set up a still life and how to use water-soluble pencils.

You will need to know how to draw and have some experience to build from, but there is still so much for you to learn during this art course.

During these five drawing workshops, you will learn:

To draw what you actually see not what you think you see.
How to experiment with different media including charcoal, graphite, pen, felt tip and pastels.
How to create better compositions.
The basics of colour mixing using pastels and water-soluble coloured pencils.
How to make an object look three dimensional.
How to use grids and guidelines.
Which paper is your favourite paper, considering texture, colour and quality.
How to become less inhibited.
To develop your own style.
