What you'll do
Spark your imagination and get hands-on with art supplies in this art workshop perfect for anyone exploring art and drawing. Whether you're a budding Van Gogh are a complete beginner, this class is ideal for anyone.
You'll be guided from start to finish by one of our wonderful artists leading you through this class. There's plenty of time to ask questions and you'll get personal feedback all while getting creative in a friendly and relaxed environment.
If you don't want to commit to a full-on course, this short 90 minutes class is a great way to dip your toes in and try something new. If you do enjoy yourself, City Academy has plenty of further art, drawing and painting courses for you to explore.
During this art class, you will:
- Focus on drawing using pencil, charcoal and pastels.
- Understand the basics of structure and composition.
- Cover techniques like rendering shape, line work, mark making and smudging.
