We handpick each pumpkin to ensure they’re vibrant, durable, and sized just right for creating a pumpkin floral arrangement. You’ll choose your pumpkin based on your personal style and the aesthetic you want to create. Whether you prefer a classic orange pumpkin, a trendy white gourd, or something a bit more unique, there will be plenty of options to inspire you.Preparing the PumpkinOnce you’ve selected your pumpkin, the workshop begins with a guided tutorial on prepping it for arranging. Our team will demonstrate how to hollow out and prepare the pumpkin to ensure it’s a perfect container for your pumpkin floral arrangement. We’ll provide all the tools you need, and our florists will be there to help at each step.Selecting and Arranging Your FlowersThis is where the magic happens! Our farm-fresh flowers are brought in directly from Suffolk, with a mix of lush autumnal colours—think deep reds, burnt oranges, creamy whites, and rich greens. You’ll learn how to pair different types of flowers, choose complementary foliage, and use textures and colours to bring out the best in your pumpkin floral arrangement. Each participant will have their own station and a carefully curated selection of flowers, foliage, and fillers to choose from. As an added benefit, our florists will provide tips on how to care for your arrangement, so it lasts as long as possible.Optional Upgrade:Create an Additional Pumpkin Floral ArrangementFor those who can’t get enough of the fun and would like to make a larger pumpkin arrangement or would like to create a second pumpkin arrangement, we offer optional upgrades. After completing your first pumpkin, you’ll have the chance to choose another pumpkin and a fresh assortment of flowers to work with. Many attendees find that making a second arrangement allows them to try out different colour schemes or experiment with new techniques they picked up in the first round. It’s also a wonderful way to create a gift for a friend or family member.Upgrades:Students' ticket price includes a medium-size pumpkin. Optional upgrade to a large pumpkin or make an additional pumpkin of their choice.
