Day to day, we’re a restaurant and wine bar in the middle of Spitalfields Market, but behind the scenes, it’s always been about sharing the culture, the rituals and the feeling that comes with it.The Pasta Club was born from that idea. What we've realised in doing these classes is that there’s something people don’t always expect. Pasta isn’t just about recipes. It’s about traditions and small details passed down over generations. Each session we run is inspired by a different part of Italy, so every class feels a little different and tells its own story.As a team, we’ve hosted everything from intimate group sessions to large corporate events, working with companies across London for team building, client entertainment and celebrations. We’ve also been recognised for our work as a restaurant.At the end of the day, we’re not trying to create professional chefs. We’re creating an experience people remember. One where you learn something new, eat well and leave feeling like you’ve been part of something.
