At Concord Culinary School our teachers have been sharing organic wholefood cooking techniques for over 40 years. We believe that at the heart of health & wellness is an approach to cooking & eating that embraces seasonality, lush ingredients. We like to adapt complex cooking techniques to practices that actually work in our lives and develop a listening to what our body actually needs for the time of year and appropriate to each of our different lives. Our mostly plant based programmes provide tools, techniques and confidence to live a balanced and vibrant life that is fun and full of flavour.
