A fascination with everyday objects and ornate furniture is what inspires Stacey's artistic practice. Making mixed media sculpture and relief prints from her garden studio, Stacey uses clay is one of her main materials.

'I love how responsive clay is in its raw state, and the technical challenges that come with introducing it to other materials and processes.'

Along side Stacey's art practice, she runs friendly and relaxed ceramics classes in her garden studio.

In one of Stacey's classes you will learn the basics of working with clay, progressing step by step with your group, and completing your project on the day. You'll get plenty of demonstrations and guidance throughout the class with the freedom to add your own creative spin on your project. So if you are completely new to ceramics, or already have some experience, Stacey's classes are made for you.

Stacey will take care of all drying and firing of work, which will be ready to collect (or post if cost is covered) in 2-3 weeks.

'The pleasure of working with clay is something everyone should experience.'
