Your teacher
Dawn is a Bristol based emerging contemporary fused and stained glass artist; she uses traditional painting techniques to capture fleeting moments in nature world. Exploring the diversity from the depths of the sea, the wildlife living in our forests, in the sky and in our homes.When Dawn is not teaching or being a mum to her two young girls, she creates glass artworks. The wildlife she paints reflect personal connections and memories. Her childhood was full of countryside walks, playing in rivers. Now having her own children the connection to nature is core to Dawn’s wellbeing and artwork.Dawn has taught art to secondary school children for over 17 years and enjoys exploring vast media’s with her students. She has brought her love for glass and teaching together to now offer adult glass courses.
