arrow_right_alt arrow_downward- Create two beautiful, functional ceramic pieces by our expert tutor, Rachael Parker.
- Choose from a selection of three glaze colours available on the day.
- Once you have created your pieces, they will be air-dried in our studio for a week before being taken to a local pottery studio where they will go through their first firing.
- They will then be glazed by our ceramicist before going through the second firing process.
- Please allow 5 weeks for firing (included in the price).

Rachael Parker
Rachael Parker is a creative and therapeutic arts practitioner and hand-building pottery facilitator. She has recently returned to the UK after spending 7 years living in Australia where she built her pottery business, Zonnebloem Studios. Her passion lies in creating a safe, welcoming space for people of all abilities, especially beginners, to fully immerse themselves in the creative process. Pottery is a deeply tactile, calming, and therapeutic experience and through gentle, step-by-step guidance, Rachael supports her students in creating something truly special.
Your host
We are a creative studio based in Staple Hill offering a wide range of craft courses, classes and workshops from sewing, dressmaking, stained glass, printmaking, upholstery, crochet, weaving and much more. Our classes run 7 days a week and we have activities for adults and kids during the day and evening. Why not learn a new skill or improve one you already have at a one of our exciting workshops? Our studio space is also available to hire.
