Come and enjoy a relaxing afternoon creating your very own cowboy boot flower vase and hat incense holder. In this pottery workshop in Bristol, you’ll be introduced to the art of hand-building using the slab technique.
This craft workshop is perfect for sharing with someone close to you or simply taking some much-needed time for yourself. It's a space to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the joy of creating. This workshop is for all abilities and is held in a learner-friendly environment!
What to expect:
  • Create two beautiful, functional ceramic pieces by our expert tutor, Rachael Parker.
  • Choose from a selection of three glaze colours available on the day.
  • Once you have created your pieces, they will be air-dried in our studio for a week before being taken to a local pottery studio where they will go through their first firing.
  • They will then be glazed by our ceramicist before going through the second firing process.
  • Please allow 5 weeks for firing (included in the price).
By the end of the workshop, you'll have new skills in hand-building, plus your completed projects after firing -- ready to be shown off with pride!
