What you'll do

Join us for our immersive ring-making workshop in London's central district, where you'll design and create an exquisite handmade sterling silver or solid 9ct gold ring that you can then take home with you!

Over the two hours, you'll be guided through the fundamentals of silver or goldsmithing, learning hands-on techniques like sawing, annealing, soldering, filing, and polishing. Don't worry if you're a beginner—our skilled craftsmen will be there to provide expert guidance and support throughout the class.

What to expect:

Make a fully customised ring, choosing the size, shape, finish and any engraving
Work in sterling silver, or upgrade to solid 9ct gold
Plenty of inspiration on hand from previous students' designs
Walk away with a unique ring built for long-lasting wear

Gold rings:

If you'd like to make a gold ring, send us a message and book the gold option at checkout. The standard gold ring is £270, at 3mm by 1mm. Larger or customised gold rings are quoted individually based on the weight of metal, so please message us before your class so we can prepare.

At the end of the workshop, you'll leave with exquisite handmade rings that reflect your creativity and personal style.

We were a group of 5 with teacher Saida. We were talked through each stage of the silver ring-making process and shown how to use all the equipment safely. Very informative and an immediately hands-on practical approach which we really enjoyed - I really felt like I learnt a lot and surprised myself making something so lovely and personalised that I will treasure. Teacher was patient and very helpful, the vibe of the class was relaxed and fun and it was 2 hours long as advertised. The venue was spacious and easy to get to. We really enjoyed this and would consider going again to make more silver rings!

We got a lovely ring out of it and were able to pick the finish of the ring (smooth or textured) depending on prefrence. I did find that it could be more organised and with more structure, there was also an issue where we had to wait for more silver as they had run out. But more silver came, the class leaders were nice and we were happy with our rings at the end..

Felt a bit rushed towards the end of the class though. Seems like they were closing/clearing up the venue befire we had concluded.

Could do with a little more of some of the equipment, in a class of 7 there was only 1 test piece for stamps and 3 blocks, and with only one person able to solder at a time, there was a lot of sitting doing nothing. The teacher could also better explain why we’re doing each step. A number of people in the class didn’t fully understand each step because there was no expanded explanation of what we were doing and why, just simply ‘now do this’. Adding more context would help people better understand. Made a nice enough ring at the end but it has already started to tarnish so material quality could be better. Good for a starter class but fairly basic.

There was as little engagement as possible, wasn’t much of a ‘experience’’. She didn’t seem engaged and there was next to no guidance, e.g. how is the filing on this ring joint? ‘Yea I mean if that’s good enough for you’. Me and my partner were siding eying eachother constantly at how poor her attitude was throughout. Genuinely think she wouldn’t of said bye if we didn’t say it first. The rings did turn out beautifully though. I do think an introduction maybe even a round table intro each per attendees so we can get to know the class as a whole. Some low level music would be nice too, seemed deafeningly quiet at times not much of a vibe

The instructions were not too difficult to follow and the instructors were engaging enough. The room was warm - only a fan to keep us cool (in a large room wasn’t the most effective) Had fun nonetheless - just thought it would be a little more custom.
