Passionate about pasta? Come along to Michelin-starred restaurant Pied à Terre and learn how to chef up fresh Italian pasta like the pros in this unique London masterclass.
You will learn the technical skills and methods involved in the art of pasta making - from preparing the dough, rolling it out, to boiling it to al dente perfection. You will make ravioli with various fillings from salmon to fresh ricotta and learn how to perfect traditional Italian gnocchi.
Lots of Goodies to take away including a Pied à Terre apron and recipe cards, and of course a glass of bubbles to finish your class!
