Here at Debbie Bryan, we are known for our stunning Lace archive. We’ve designed a Nottingham Lace Appliqué craft kit inspired by the rich textile industry of Nottinghamshire. Set aside time in your day to discover the art of appliqué and hand embroidery, be inspired by our handy stitch guide and our curated Pinterest boards.
Your craft kit contains a trio of local made delicate Nottingham Lace fabrics set in natural embroidery hoops; a spaced floral pattern, full floral pattern and tulle The Nottingham Lace tulle in your craft kit is the same lace which was used as the based for Kate Middleton’s wedding dress Lace Appliqués.
Everything is provided for you to start your craft – embroidery threads, fine point scissors, pretty Nottingham Lace trims, metal thimble, pearl headed pins, beads and embroidery needles. Plus a brooch back to make an additional Lace memento you can wear all year round.

We work with ninth generation Lever’s Lace producers, Cluny Lace. These laces are superior quality and intricately patterned Nottingham Lace fabrics. These are inspired by design ideas dating back to the 1600’s. Based just eight miles away from our Lace Market design studio and gallery.
Notably in 2012, Cluny Lace provided the Royal School of Needlework at Hampton Court Palace with lace to produce the future Queen Kate Middleton’s royal lace appliqué for her veil and shoes – for her wedding to future King Prince William, Duke of Cambridge.
Our Lace producers are also associated with and create fabric for global brands Burberry, Jigsaw, Vivienne Westwood, Paul Smith, Dolce and Gabbana, Etro, and Christian Dior.
