What you'll do

You’ll have the opportunity to master the culinary skills needed to prepare and savour two iconic Italian dishes – Spaghetti Carbonara or Pappardelle Ragù, accompanied by flavourful Garlic bread and a delightful Tiramisu for a sweet finish.
Don't worry if you're new to cooking; this class is designed to be a welcoming and enlightening experience for all levels of expertise. Our seasoned chef will guide you through the step-by-step process, ensuring you gain the confidence to recreate these mouth-watering dishes in your own kitchen.
Throughout the workshop, you'll work with fresh, high-quality ingredients, understanding how each component contributes to the overall flavour profile of the dish. The interactive nature of the class will spark your creativity and provide a sense of achievement as you craft a traditional Italian meal from scratch.

- Access to a sink, with running hot water.
