Chinese Cooking Class

In this engaging workshop, you will learn the art of creating delicious Chinese dishes. You will be making mouth-watering steamed dumplings along with a choice of either Kung Pow Chicken or Black Bean Chicken, paired with your pick of either Special Fried Rice or Hong Kong Noodles to complete the meal.

Rest assured, no prior experience is required for this workshop. The class will be conducted in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that you are comfortable and confident throughout the cooking process. You will work with a variety of fresh ingredients and traditional Chinese cooking techniques, enriching your culinary skills and knowledge along the way.

During the session, you will learn how to prepare, cook, and present these delectable dishes, giving you a sense of accomplishment and a newfound appreciation for Chinese cuisine. • This class includes a full setup and a 3-hour class with a head tutor.

• Venue hire, with sufficient power depending on the size of your party. Our ovens and hobs only require a standard 13amp electrical socket, and we will need to space them out over several circuits to avoid power trips.
