Starting with an engaging introduction of Italian ingredients, you will explore all the specific fresh herbs used in Italian cuisine why they are used as well as the importance of seasonal produce in authentic Italian cuisine.
Then, it'll be time to get hands-on with your own creations as you learn how to make pasta from scratch, a sweet potato and goats cheese ravioli filling and the classic garlic bruschetta with a rich tomato pepperonata.
No prior culinary skills are needed for this beginner-friendly cooking class – simply enjoy the friendly foodie atmosphere as your head chef guides you from start to finish.
By the end of the class, you will have plenty of delicious Italian food to take home (along with a full belly!) and the skills, recipes and know-how to make more. Share your cooking with friends and family and show off your newfound culinary skills!
