Led by a professional chef, you’ll spend three fun hours learning the entire cooking process for a number of different dishes, and will delve deep into India’s varied and flavour-packed cuisine. You’ll receive an introduction to the fundamentals of spice blending and learn all about the real essence of Indian cooking and food.
At the end of the class, you’ll get to walk away with several delicious dishes, a brand new set of cooking skills and an understanding of the nature of Indian food.
