In this one-day hands-on cooking class, your talented teacher will start the session with an introduction to the impact of menopause, and give you some tips and tricks on how best to cope. You’ll learn which foods to avoid and which ones to embrace, before getting stuck in to some serious kitchen creativity.

Guided step-by-step by your culinary expert and food scientist, you’ll whip up dishes which incorporate powerful proteins and hormone-balancing herbs and spices to increase that metabolism and boost your serotonin levels.

Spice crusted salmon with pomegranate and parsley dressing.
Thyme and lemon crispy chicken in salsa verde.
Pear and walnut salad with Mexican slaw.

We work in small groups so that the personal relationship with your chef and your fellow students can add to the richness of the day, whilst ensuring that everyone receives the right amount of one-to-one tutoring and the full attention of the chef taking the class.
