What better way to set your intention than with some time to catch dreams? This is a time for aspiration, and while we may find it easy to be generous with others, this workshop allows you to be generous with yourself by making your very own hanging dreamcatcher!

In this pottery class, you'll learn how to work with a hand-held extruder to create long coils of clay. These coils will be shaped into beautiful organic dreamcatchers, using press moulds to add texture and carving clay charms to hang on your creation.

This workshop provides top-notch air-dry clay, meaning your beautiful dreamcatcher and charms will be ready to take home at the end of the workshop, for you to assemble when dry and even paint in the comfort of your own home.

Immerse yourself in a serene natural environment filled with dreamy vibes and artistic energy.

Dreamcatchers are believed to filter and trap negative energy and bad dreams, allowing only positive dreams to pass through. Traditionally made from willow, the woven web is thought to catch nightmares, which are then dissolved by the morning sunlight, while good dreams are guided down the feathers to the dreamer. Their cultural significance will be respected and acknowledged, so that in this workshop we will connect with clay, its essential qualities as a natural material, and on the creation of our very own personal protective charms that help shield us from negative influences.

Take Home Memories:
Your finished dreamcatcher is not just a beautiful piece of art, but a tangible symbol of your creativity and positive energy. Hang it proudly in your space and let it catch not only dreams but also compliments!
