What you'll do
Express yourself at this painting class in London! Create a piece of A3, intuitive art over two hours as you dive deep into your creativity and pick up some calming painting skills.
This class is a no-rules, expressive painting workshop where you have a choice of working with a variety of mixed media such as collage, ink, watercolours, acrylic and old books. Let these materials inspire you and take your imagination on a journey as you create your unique masterpiece.
We will start with a mindfulness exercise and allow your thoughts to flow just like the paint. Allow your inner child and inner artist to play for a relaxing few hours and come away feeling refreshed.
This art class will have a meditative effect on your nervous system as the techniques used will allow you to forget the stresses of life and escape to a magical landscape that you create with your own hands.
