During this fun cooking class, you will be taught the ins and out of this technically challenging meal. Don't worry if you're new to cooking or have struggled with this particular dish in the past, this cooking class for beginners offers an encouraging space to learn something new and unleash your culinary creativity!
At the end of this cooking class, you will have mastered the secrets and tips of beef wellington and will be able to present it perfectly every time. You'll also have a succulent and hearty meal to dig into and enjoy together as a group, or alternatively take it home and enjoy later.
Please note:
A vegetarian option (beetroot wellington) can also be made during this cooking class.

The Yarrow Cookery School is a family-run organisation founded by Richard and Sophia. The aim of the school is to share the joy of cooking with all ages and abilities in a simple and personalised way, using seasonal, local and sustainable produce!
Having both studied at the Orchard and Ballymaloe cookery schools as well as gaining experience working in the industry in a variety of hospitality settings, they both became keen to explore the next step and share their passion with others!
