What you'll do
Are you looking for unique gifts, or want to make different twist for parties? Explore Chinese cuisine and learn to cook a tasty vegan dish from vegetables at this fun cooking class in London.
You will find you are in a small class and a spacious shop with air conditioner. Often gets private class if booked in weekdays. You will definitely get full attention from your chef tutors.
Guided by your expert teacher, you'll cook your dish from just three fresh vegetables – aubergine, potato and sweet pepper. This dish is one of most popular Chinese dishes served in Chinese restaurants in China and in the UK. Learn to make it yourself at this cooking class!
With support from your friendly cooking teacher Simon, you'll be shown how to make this vegan dish to suit your tastes and to surprise your family and friends. As you cook, your teacher will take you through the history and culture behind the food you're preparing.
At your cooking class, you'll learn:
- Basic knife skills to prepare your vegetables.
- A range of cooking skills to make your vegetables extra tasty.
- How to dress and present your dish.
You also will learn to make a tasty side dish with aubergine to go with your main meal. By the end of your cooking class, you can sit down and eat the dish you've made, or you can take it home to enjoy with loved ones.
Allergy Information
- Soy is in sauce not possible to be replaced.
- Gluten is in sauce however can be avoided.
- Sesame in dressing, can be avoided.
Add-on Classes
- All Add-ons are in the same class. It is to save your time and make the class more fun. Please allow extra time, 30 minutes to 1 hour. You can always contact us before booking to find out more details.
- Surely you can add some drinks to make the class more fun.
- You can also learn how to sharpen your kitchen knives. Bring one in if safe to do so.
- To add Artistic Bento Box to make the dish look more attractive.

Knowledge required
- Beginners are welcome.
- Children over 14 are welcome as long as with paid adults. Every one requires a ticket. Children are learning better when parents participate.
- A person under 18 cannot attend the class alone. We will ask for valid IDs if you look very young. You class will be cancelled without refund if failed to provide proofs. It is for your safety and required by insurance policy. If we don't follow it, this class will not be allowed to carry on. Thank you for your understanding.
