After years cooking across Nigeria, Togo, Ghana, and the UK, my culinary style blends heritage with innovation — familiar spices, reimagined techniques, and dishes that make people feel seen, connected, and inspired.

My classes are built for curious home cooks, families, and food lovers who want to explore African flavours in a fun, relaxed, and hands-on way. Whether we’re whisking hibiscus custard, building plant-based suya bowls, folding fluffy brioche, or rethinking Sunday favourites, I guide students through each step with warmth, humour, and a focus on simple, honest ingredients.
