Discover a bold culinary experience where West African flavour systems meet the vibrant spice traditions of India. In this hands-on cooking class in London with Chef Dumebi, you’ll explore how spices, aromatics, heat, smoke and texture connect two deeply flavour-driven food cultures.
You’ll learn how to build rich flavour bases, layer spices intentionally, balance heat and acidity, and create deeply comforting dishes inspired by both regions. No prior cooking experience needed, just curiosity!
