I began selling cookies and cupcakes as Cookie Girl to people in their workplaces in 2003. In 2006, I started selling cupcakes and cookies through Selfridges, and in 2010 my recipe book 'Eat Me!' became a national bestseller and my YouTube decorating tutorial went viral. Since then I have been teaching private lessons and group baking and cake decorating classes, hen parties and corporate events as well as doing demos at events.
