Your teacher ensures everything is taken care of, you just have to bring your pals along and be ready to delight in the world of colourful icing! Your expert teacher will take you through the process step by step, so don't worry if you're a beginner.
Come and learn the four most useful icing techniques and experiment with sprinkles, glitter and other fabulous decorations to create your very own cake art!
During this decorating class you will learn:
- The right way to fill a piping bag.
- How to use the piping bag correctly.
- A delicious icing recipe.
- Four piping techniques: Classic swirl, two-tier swirl, rose swirl and iced gem effect.
Everyone in your hen party will go home with their delicious set of cupcakes and some newfound skills in cake decorating to take home and use again and again.

I began selling cookies and cupcakes as Cookie Girl to people in their workplaces in 2003. In 2006, I started selling cupcakes and cookies through Selfridges, and in 2010 my recipe book 'Eat Me!' became a national bestseller and my YouTube decorating tutorial went viral. Since then I have been teaching private lessons and group baking and cake decorating classes, hen parties and corporate events as well as doing demos at events. I love being able to share my skills and demystify baking techniques for my students.
