The talented chef running this delicious virtual experience is Chef Nidhi Verma. She will help you build confidence while eating nutritious food packed with flavour. Learn more about Indian cuisine and create a tasty dish for the festival of Holi.

You'll learn how to create and master delicious dishes and is suitable for all, whether you're a beginner, expert or food-adventurers! You'll cook alongside Chef Nidhi, as they guide you through the recipes step-by-step, whilst sharing their cooking tips, stories and answering your questions.

Immerse yourself in bold flavours and leave the ingredient scouring and planning to your friendly teacher!

Menu:

  • Chicken Malai Tikka - Tender pieces of chicken marinated in a wet rub of yoghurt, green cardamom, garam masala, and fresh herbs, and cooked on skewers.
  • Paneer Tikka - Skewered cubes of Paneer are marinated in a delicious combination of yoghurt, mustard oil, chaat masala and fresh herbs. The creamy flavour of the cheese is perfectly balanced by the warm and spicy marinade.
  • Gobi Manchurian - ‘Gobi’ means cauliflower in Hindi and Machurian is a sweet, tangy and slightly spicy sauce. Crispy yet tender cauliflower is tossed in Umami-rich sauce and topped with sliced fresh spring onions. This dish celebrates every flavour palate.
  • Palak Pakora - This is the perfect snack for a rainy day made using fresh spinach, onion, spice and gram flour. Best enjoyed with a cup of masala Chai and coriander mint chutney.
  • Mango Lassi -Mango lassi is a delicious and creamy yoghurt-based drink that’s popular for its sweet and refreshing taste. No street food experience would be complete without a lassi and it's great for cooling your palate to balance the spicy flavours.
