What you'll do
Take your tastebuds on holiday with this live cookalong experience for two or four.
Led by one of Cookaway's expert chefs and Pakistani food experts, this indoor hands-on cooking class will see you learning how to cook an authentic Railway Lamb Curry dish, making it easy to impress loved ones and go on a culinary journey from the comfort of your own home.
The high-quality ingredients will be delivered to your door prior to the class so there's no shopping involved, meaning you can focus on the foodie fun.
Suitable for all beginner chefs, experienced home cooks and foodies of all stripes, you’ll cook alongside a chef as they guide you through the recipe step-by-step, whilst sharing their cooking tips, stories and answering any questions you may have.
During the class, you'll make:
- Railway Lamb Curry - This historical and aromatic lamb recipe is balanced with flavours of curry leaves, tamarind and coconut milk.
- Dhania Gajar Biryani - This simple recipe for carrot biryani is infused with saffron, lemon and fresh herbs garnished with toasted cashew nuts.
