Our glass-focused workshops are perfect if you’re looking for a  day out in Edinburgh, as you’ll learn plenty of exciting new skills and leave the session with a stunning reward when it’s over. You could give away your glass masterpieces as handmade gifts to loved ones, or display them in your home as a meaningful piece of DIY home decor.

Glass blowing and mosaic art are two of the most interesting hobbies you can take up, and will really engage your mind and your hands. Learning from the pros is one of the best ways to get started, as they can guide you through the tricky parts with ease, staying on hand to answer any burning questions and alleviate any glass grief. Typically glass would be a craft for adults, but as our local artisans are full of experience and care, you can get your little ones involved too. Glass blowing is one of the only ways you can play with fire in a safe environment, and our teachers and their glass studios are designed to keep everyone protected.
