She learnt such a lot and picked it up so quickly, so was able to learn some extra bits as they had time. She had a generous gift bag including two beautiful yarns. The teacher was so lovely and was great with my daughter, they had a lovely time crocheting together :-)

We were taught by Hannah and it was absolutely fantastic! She was so knowledgeable and patient. We were able to learn the basics and given tools to continue to learn and crochet at home. My daughter has taught herself treble crochet from the handout and is now making a scarf. I can’t recommend Hobbycraft Worthing and Hannah enough. Learning online simply cannot compare with live learning from an experienced a lovely person. Thank you for a great lesson.

  • 5/5 from Linda, attended Mar 2026: Great afternoon crochet workshop, as a beginner I found the lady running the class was patient and guided us through the basics. The table set up was nice being at the back of the store so we didn’t have lots of shoppers milling around us.
  • 4/5 from Paul Markwick, attended Mar 2026: The class was for my 11 year old granddaughter. She really enjoyed it but found it quite difficult to keep up with the others. Teacher recommended some one to one sessions but didn’t say how or where to book these. Any advice please.
  • 4/5 from Angela Davis, attended Mar 2026: Excellent teacher who guided us through a beginner's introduction to crochet. We were two adults and one child. This was a little unfortunate as the teacher had to spend a very much greater time showing the child what to do which resulted in the two adults sitting waiting. Maybe there should be separate classes for adults and children under 12.
