In 2006 my event catering company was honoured to cook a dinner in The House of Lords for Her Majesty the Queen. Eton Mess was requested for the pudding course of the five-course dinner. After much thought, I served this in a handmade chocolate cup. This quickly became my signature pudding and brought about an overwhelming interest from my chefs and clients about how I had made the chocolate cup. So The Chocolate Tart was born, as a cookery school to teach the general public and professional chefs alike the secret of how to work with chocolate! 15 years on and the online workshops are more popular than ever. We hope that you will enjoy a hands-on class or education in chocolate from bean to bar in the tutored tastings.
