Ribana is a great and patient teacher.
All materials provided and equipment as well as packaging to take your creations home at the end of the course.
Can't wait to sign up for another class. This was a birthday gift from some friends who knew I would enjoy learning about chocolate and Ribana made the experience come alive. She is a very knowledgeable and friendly teacher.
We made so many different types of chocolates and could be creative with moulds and piping bags provided.
Lots of fun, lots of laughter and a very comfortable learning environment!
