What you'll do
Chocolate lovers, this is a class for you to enjoy! Join the fun in this chocolate making class and make your own tasty treats.
This class is beginners friendly as it will cover everything you need to know about making chocolate bars. Your experienced teacher will demonstrate the chocolate making technique then you'll replicate it, aiming to achieve the desired result.
You will learn how to temper the chocolate, mould the bars, and add toppings and decorations made from chocolate. You'll make four 100g chocolate bars, one plain, one with dried fruits, one with nuts and one with decorations made out of chocolate.
You will take home your creation to wow your family and friends plus recipes of all used in class will be made available as an e-booklet. So you can make even more treats at home.
Knowledge required
No culinary experience is needed to attend this class. It is perfect for beginners!
