Had the best day with Nuno who was a very knowledgeable about floristry. Had a comprehensive tour of the flower market and learnt about seasonal flowers and the price of stems. After we made our way back to Shoreditch, we prepared a gorgeous selection of flowers and was taught step by step how to make a large spiral bouquet and a table arrangement. It was a good taster course if you are considering starting a career as a florist and walk away with a number of techniques and confidence to practice.
