Embrace the elements, explore wide-open skies and restore your balance and inner calm at this gentle class in the forest.

Connect with like-hearted souls and enjoy some yoga play, gentle walking, nature art and silent reflection.

Guided by your supportive teacher, you'll have the opportunity to feel at one with nature as you learn to create a fire as a group and enjoy some meditation and yoga. Keep a lookout for native birds as you breathe in the fresh air and take in your surroundings.

Sea swimming is also an option at this nature-based self-care class. Whether or not you decide to take to the water, you'll leave this mindful experience feeling reinvigorated and refreshed.

I like hiking, I enjoy yoga, sea swimming is my meditation and I love the smell of fire, cooking outdoors and the sound of rain on canvas when I am all snuggled up in my tent after a day’s walking. I am a compulsive forager: I create art from nature, I bake cakes with wild foods, I make jams from everything seasonal that I can find outdoors.
