Nestle yourself away in a cosy woodland near the Lammermuir Hills, and enjoy some forest bathing, nature listening, yoga and mindfulness.

Setting up camp in a beautiful forest, you'll spend some time wandering and wondering and taking in the sights of the natural world around you. Sea swimming, alone time to record your feelings in a journal and mindful walks are also available as part of this experience.

Guided by your supportive teacher, you'll enjoy some meditation and yoga and take time to reflect and re-balance. You'll be joined by botanist and conservationist, Sally and will be shown how to listen and watch for wildlife, coming to truly appreciate being part of the ecosystem of the woods. Raising awareness of how to not just take from nature, but also give back, Sally will share all her wisdom and knowledge as a conservationist.

Imagine skies full of stars and your own canvas haven to take in the goodness of the forest. You'll make a campfire and cook alongside your fellow adventurers as you immerse yourself in the heart of the woodland. No previous experience of camping, yoga or meditation is required – you'll be guided through your mindful adventure every step of the way.

You'll emerge from your forest bathing and yoga retreat feeling refreshed, invigorated and happy to be alive!

I like hiking, I enjoy yoga, sea swimming is my meditation and I love the smell of fire, cooking outdoors and the sound of rain on canvas when I am all snuggled up in my tent after a day’s walking. I am a compulsive forager: I create art from nature, I bake cakes with wild foods, I make jams from everything seasonal that I can find outdoors.
