This class will target your core strength, stability, and mobility of your joints, leaving you feeling taller whilst increasing your range of flexibility.

So, if you're looking for soothing indoor activities that will reduce your stress levels, look no further as this pilates class focuses on the mind as well as the body. Pilates is commonly referred to as mindful movement and with this in-person class, you will start with a focus on your breathing. This exercise class will not only provide you with some much-needed stress release but it will also allow you space to simply be present and relax.

I’m Heather and I run Sano Studio. I am a Beauty Therapist with over 20 years of experience in the wellness industry and a Clinical STOTT Pilates instructor. I am passionate about helping people improve their own health and wellbeing.

I have a rare genetic disease that has been transformed by the power of Pilates and self-care. My condition is commonly known as Brittle Bones and it causes a mutation in the way my body produces collagen making my bones and tissue very delicate and susceptible to breaking or damage. Pilates has transformed my body, from a rehabilitation patient to a physically strong and confident Clinical Pilates Instructor. Today I am the strongest I have ever been and have managed to stay (mostly!) injury-free.

Although I cannot change my genetic makeup my experience has made me passionate about helping people push past any physical limitations safely and not accepting that those limitations will define you and what you can achieve to improve your overall health and wellbeing. I look forward to working with you on your wellness journey.
