What you'll do
Join us at The Foraging House for a fun and creative workshop where you'll learn how to make your own traditional round wreath. This hands-on experience will have you foraging for the lush greenery yourself, guaranteeing a unique and personal touch for your front door!
A beautiful wreath hanging from the front door is the ideal way to signal that Spring is on its way. In this workshop, you'll be shown how to make your own wreath from a variety of gorgeous greenery and a few artificial flowers.
- You will have various textured materials such as artificial flowers and a few Easter eggs.
- You'll be guided through the process step-by-step, so no worries if you've never tried wreath making before.
Your teacher will be on hand throughout the session to provide guidance, inspiration, and a helping hand where needed, making sure you leave the class with a wreath you can display on your door with pride.

I got home from work one day as a psychiatric nurse and my husband surprised me with a starter kit to make candles. I made it with difficulty, but when we lit it, it was the best feeling. I forgot all about my work worries.
I then started making candles in nice jars for myself, and a few friends asked if I could make them some to have and sell in their coffee shop. It took off from there. I started making other crafts when covid moved on and then ran workshops with patients and staff as my confidence grew. Due to being so busy I left the NHS. I now run workshops for several charities and have created The Foraging House. My little business has helped me grow as a person and makes me very proud.
Being plastic free and as sustainable as possible are top priorities. I recycle and reuse natural resources, as well as forage for a lot of materials.
