Process-Led Art Experience with Cacao Ritual and Meditation

Cacao.Create.Connect is the natural weaving together of two parts of me - subconscious transformation and creative expression.My journey began with a deep fascination about belief - how the quiet stories we carry shape our confidence, relationships and possibilities. That path led me to become a Preferred PSYCH-K® Facilitator and to create Therapy for the Soul.I’m not a traditional therapist - and I don’t position myself as one. What I do is hold space for belief change. Through PSYCH-K®, I support people in gently shifting subconscious patterns that may have been running their lives for years. The moment I realised how quickly and naturally beliefs can change when the subconscious is engaged - that was pivotal. It felt empowering, hopeful, and deeply human.Alongside mindset work, creativity has always been part of who I am. Through DeeCieArt, I express myself visually and create experiences that feel beautiful and intentional. Art, styling, atmosphere - these aren’t just aesthetic choices to me. They are part of how people feel safe, open and connected.Cacao.Create.Connect was born from bringing these worlds together. I realised that belief change doesn’t have to happen in clinical spaces - it can happen around a beautifully set table, with warm cacao in hand, in conversation, in creativity, in shared presence.I don’t see myself as a “teacher.” I simply love holding space. I love creating environments where people feel comfortable enough to be honest. I love witnessing those subtle internal shifts - when someone softens, breathes differently, sees themselves in a new way. That’s what lights me up.Something people may not know about me is how much I value beauty and energy. The way a room feels matters. The way people are welcomed matters. The details matter. I design experiences that feel nurturing because I know that when people feel safe, transformation follows naturally.As a Preferred PSYCH-K® Facilitator, I bring professional training in subconscious belief work, years of experience working one-to-one with clients, and a deep respect for the responsibility of holding personal stories.
