Macarons are one of the trickiest treats in the world of baked goods, but they sure are delightful! Join our macaron class in Edinburgh - where you'll learn how to make these delicate treats from scratch in a friendly and supportive environment.
Don't worry if you're a beginner, the experienced teachers at the Edinburgh New Town Cookery School will guide you through the process step-by-step. You'll learn how to work with food gel to achieve vibrant colours, as well as the important macaronnage stage of the process to get that perfect texture. You'll also make two delicious fillings: chocolate ganache and fruit.
At the end of the class, you'll take home your beautiful, homemade macarons and the baking skills you need to make your own batch of macarons at home.
Come and join some like-minded, Edinburgh bakers or enjoy a fun group activity with friends and family in a private class!
