You will learn:
- How to tort, fill, crumb coat, and cover the cake with buttercream
- How to make your piping bags ready
- How to make different buttercream decorations using different tools and piping nozzles
All materials will be provided, including the cake.

I am Faiza Sherjeel, an award winning cake artist and the founder of The Cake Menagerie, a cake decorating studio. I am based in Manchester, UK. Art has always been my passion that led me to the cake art, the best way to express myself. I started as a hobby baker and soon this took me to the journey of cake decorating instructor.
Being a nature lover, my work is mostly inspired by nature. It gives me peace and satisfaction. I am here to share my passion for cake art and love for nature with you. I enjoy teaching and sharing my knowledge. I am here to help you explore your artistic creativity.
